State Street Meats was founded by Ken Kozminski, owner of The Buck Burgers & Brew two doors down. After Ken had the idea for State Street Meats, a moment of serendipity led him to cross paths with Master Certified Butcher Nate Inboden—a third-generation butcher and one of less than 250 people in the country to hold the certification.
When you visit State Street Meats, our knowledgeable and experienced butchers will be available to advise and guide you and will masterfully carve your meat to the specifications you desire. Whether you’re in the market for beef, pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, or wild game, chances are, we have it. If we don’t, our butchers will order it for you.
Quality is at the core of what we do at State Street Meats. All of our meats are sourced from USDA-approved suppliers and all of our processing is done in house, including cooler-aging and case-based dry-aging of various products.
Full-service doesn’t stop at the meat counter. State Street Meats is also a one-stop-shop for everything you need to build a five-star, five-course menu. We stock a full lineup of culinary and grilling supplies as well as a hand-curated selection of local and artisan products, such as fresh produce, grab-n-go items, desserts, craft beer and wine, and more.
