State Street Meats is known for its amazingly fresh fish and seafood. It’s time to break out the grill in Michigan and hear the sizzle. This easy recipe is a great way to start experimenting with your grill skill.
Now for the Recipe …
First things first. Get your Alaskan Halibut from State Street Meats out of the fridge about 20 minutes before you begin. Find your grill and officially release it from hibernation.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Alaskan Halibut from State Street Meats
2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (season to taste)
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk all spices together with Olive Oil in shallow bowl.
- Generously brush both sides of the Alaskan Halibut with mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat grill to HIGH.
- Gently place Alaskan Halibut on grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side to achieve a slight char.
- Remove from grill and serve with your favorite vegetable and rice.
