3 Fresh Lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make your favorite salad combination and refrigerate. We like to grab a bag of “Spring Mix” salad greens, strawberries, goat cheese, walnuts, and a strawberry balsamic dressing! Fresh and delicious!
- Pat salmon filets dry with paper towel and cut to desired size.
- Mix paprika, garlic, soy, sriracha, honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 2tbsp water in a small bowl.
- Heat butter and oil in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop on medium/high until the butter is melted then add mixture from step 3.
- When the mixture starts to bubble, add salmon filets skin side down, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Frequently baste the filets with the mixture, spooning the mixture over the filets while they cook.
- Place the cast iron skillet in the oven on the middle rack and broil for 5-6 additional minutes. This will put a slight char on the filets that is WONDERFUL.
- Dish up your salad and lay the Salmon filets on top! You may want to slice up some lemons for extra zip. This quick recipe is one of our favorites! We hope you enjoy it.
